Postgraduate Trends in the Training of Human Talent for Sustainable Development

چکیده
A sustainable university must educate its academic collaborators and interest groups, focusing on the key dimensions, such as economic growth, respect for environment carrying out energy saving measures, efficiency reuse of resources. The aim this research is to show tendencies postgraduate courses in training human talent “Sustainable Development” based grounded theory. methodology approached from qualitative naturalistic perspective, where hermeneutic analysis procedure structured five phases with data nine countries obtained 20 interviews conducted year 2021. For this, a dialogical intervention has been used through complementary experiences rectors, deans specialists doctoral degrees who are immersed programmes Latin American Spanish universities, safeguarding identity under ethical criteria. main findings that capital forms part universities their currently considering redesigning educational contribute development, not only academically but also model. evidence shows today more than ever there need change, new resource responds aims triple balance: environmental, social.
